Scrum Master & Team Coaching

I coach teams to work autonomously, responsibly, and sustainably. My focus is not “doing Agile by the book”, but helping teams make better decisions—together—with clear ownership and measurable results.

Scaling Agile in Regulated Environments

With a background in quality, food safety, and GxP‑driven environments, I am comfortable operating where compliance, auditability, and traceability matter. I help organisations stay adaptive and compliant—without unnecessary bureaucracy.

I work closely with teams, not above them. I spend time understanding how people actually work day to day before suggesting changes. My coaching style is pragmatic and respectful: I observe, ask questions, and help teams make their own decisions based on shared goals and transparent data.

Over time, teams become more confident, predictable, and autonomous — without becoming dependent on me.

With Leaders & Stakeholders

With leaders, I act as a sparring partner rather than an executor. I help translate strategic intent into realistic expectations for teams, and bring honest feedback from delivery back to decision-makers.

This often reduces tension between “business” and “IT” and creates a shared sense of responsibility for results.
